Florida Barbecue Co. & Catering understands that everyone's catering needs are different. That's why we have designed our catering program into two different types of catering designed to meet your needs and you budget. The two types of catering we offer are 'Onsite' or 'Self Serve Style'. 

Whether you're hosting a company party or a wedding, Florida Barbecue Co. & Catering 'Onsite' full service catering is designed to handle all of your needs so you can sit back and enjoy your event. There are no hidden charges, just great food and service at a great price! Onsite includes bringing our food out to the site of the function with staff to prepare and serve the food, help people though the buffet lines and clean up the serving areas. This includes the breads and butter, heavy duty paper plates and plastic utensils, napkins, toothpicks and moist towelettes. Cups, napkins, squeeze bottles and water bottles can be printed with your company logo or event name if ordered 4 weeks in advance of the event. Tables, fine linen tablecloths and fine china for the buffet is also available.

The 'Self Serve Style' catering option is specifically designed to feed groups of 20 or more delicious food at a very reasonable price. You simply choose the menu items you desire to determine the best price per person. We provide all the fixins' for you gathering including  disposable tablecloth, the breads and butter, heavy duty paper plates and plastic utensils, napkins, toothpicks and moist towelettes. Cups, napkins, squeeze bottles and water bottles can be printed with your company logo or event name if ordered 4 weeks in advance of the event. We deliver approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled eating time and set up the buffet on your tables. All of the containers and utensils are disposable for easy clean-up. There are no delivery charges.
